Which data we process

When you contact us, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the animal’s location and the description of the complaint or question. When treating your animal, we also record data about the animal (history, findings, advice) in the treatment records.

What we use it for

• To contact you and plan the appointment
• To carry out and follow up the treatment properly
• For invoicing and legal (tax) record-keeping

We do not use your data for marketing and never sell it to third parties.

Who we share data with

Only with service providers needed to run the website and email (such as the form service that delivers your enquiry to our mailbox) and, only in consultation with you, with your veterinarian or other practitioners caring for your animal.

How long we keep data

Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your question. Treatment and invoice data are kept in accordance with the statutory (tax) retention period of 7 years (NL).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. Send a message to info@dekronkelbeek.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
